Thirty minutes, free, by video call. No pitch, no slides, no proposal sent the next day. We look at what is heavy in your operation and decide together if there is something to do — or not.

How long do engagements typically last?

Strategic Diagnosis is 4 to 6 weeks. Strategic Projects are usually 8 to 16 weeks with a defined end. Fractional CMO is a 6-month minimum, renewable. Capability Building is shaped to the team and the calendar.

How is pricing shaped?

Accepted Answer

By scope, time and the level of involvement, not by deliverable count. Diagnosis is a fixed price. Projects are scoped per brief. Fractional CMO is a monthly retainer based on cadence. Numbers are discussed openly in the first call once the situation is on the table.

What languages and where?

Engagements run fully in PT-PT or EN — documents, sessions, reporting. Based in Faro, working remote across Portugal and Europe, in person when it earns its travel.

How do you work alongside an existing team or agency?

I plug into the operation, not on top of it. With internal teams I take ownership of the strategic call so they can execute with confidence. With agencies I act as the briefing counterpart they should have had from day one.

What will you not do?

I do not run paid media accounts day to day. I do not produce content as a service. I do not stay on past the point where the team can do the work without me. If what you need is execution hands, I am the wrong call.
